• Here at California Balloons By Roxy we do Consultation-Based Pricing for Personalized Event Decor, only. This means that pricing is depending on the exact decoration you're looking for, as well as other details like location, theme, etc. Every event decoration setup may have different pricing depending on final decor selections and details. For more help on our booking pricing we ask that you visit us in store. (Store Address located on fAQ page) Walk-ins welcomed, appointments are encouraged.

• We are more than happy to help you and we uniquely have our store front location to differentiate, from that traditional screen to screen interaction between client and vendor, and have created that in person experience to receive a truly personalized quote to reflect your exact event needs.

• To avoid confusion, and eliminate loss in communication through messages we do not give quotes, through phone calls, texts or emails, we apologize for the inconveniences this may cause.

• We understand not everyone, will be able to stop by in store and we apologize for the inconvenience, however this is our only method at this time to give a quote. We encourage, to give us a call to check event date availability before your visit and to set up an appointment to receive a quote at a time that works for you, during our operating hours.

~Simply sending us "How Much", and a picture, may result in delayed response, as there is more information that is needed to accurately price an event setup, and you will automatically be directed to visit our physical storefront location.
