No, per store policy we will not inflate balloons, that are not purchased at California Balloons By Roxy. (There are no exceptions!)

We currently do not have any recommendations of other locations that do this, most retail stores will not allow this, per store policies.

No, we do NOT sell, rent or re-fill helium tanks. Please do not call to ask questions regarding helium tanks, as we do not provide that service.

Please, leave a note of checkout if you are looking to pickup your balloons in store, please leave time/date.

• If you did not leave a note, of inflation time or date, they will not be inflated by the time you arrive as you did not inform us prior and will have to wait in store.
• During busy days, we may not be able to call you to find out which time you are looking to pickup, please help us out by leaving a detailed note with time and date, thank you!

We currently do not deliver helium balloons, they must be picked up Tuesday-Friday from 10:30am-5:30pm and from 9:30am-12:45pm on Saturdays.

• Delivery Services, are reserved for large event decoration services bookings.
• If you are a corporate company and are looking for specific balloon delivery services please reach out directly to our storefront. Tuesday-Friday from 10:30am-4:00pm.

Yes we sell individual helium filled Latex balloons or mylar balloons. For any questions regarding pricing, or product availability, please visit us at our physical store. You will not be able to place an order over the phone, and momentarily unavailable to place latex helium filled balloon orders online.

Please come in store, as soon as you would like to place the order. We recommend the sooner the better, just so that we can reserve helium for your order, as well as have the correct balloons in stock. Stock is subject to availabilty in both helium and products. (We highly encourage not to wait until the last minute to place an order)

• If you need an order, for a Saturday you're more than welcome to come in store to place and pay for your order throughout the week, therefore it is a smoother pickup process on Saturday.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not deliver any helium filled balloons. You will have to pick them up locally at our storefront, in Murrieta California. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We do not open, our storefront on Sundays or Mondays. If you need helium filled balloons for any of the two days the latest you would have to pickup would be most Saturdays before 1:00pm. We recommend getting mylar balloons, to last longer as opposed to latex balloons, which are recommended to be picked up day of event or celebration only due to their float guarantee time period.

We do not recommend, as Latex only have a window of hours for maximum floating time.

• We are not responsible for helium filled balloon orders, once they leave our storefront it becomes the responsibility of the client for proper care.
